JVC Energy is committed to making sure that all employees are safe from injury and risks to health while at work. The Director(s) as the responsible officers of the company consider that the health, safety and welfare of the employees, customers and contractors is of primary importance and is ranked equally with all other activities of the company. JVC Energy will eliminate hazards and reduce OH&S risks, comply with legal requirements and other requirements, continually improve the OHSMS, and promote consultation and participation of workers and, where they exist, workers’ representatives

OUR AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

JVC Energy aims to provide a healthy and safe workplace and will comply with all legal requirements to provide the following:

A safe and healthy working environment for all its employees and contractors
Safe systems of work and plant and materials in a safe condition be documented, implemented, maintained and communicated to all employees.

We are committed to eliminating Hazards and reducing OH&S risks.
The necessary information, instruction, training and supervision to make sure that each employee is safe from injury and risks to health.

Effective ways of consulting with the workforce and their representatives on all work, health and safety issues
Effective ways of reporting, recording and investigating all injuries, work-related illnesses and ‘near misses in the workplace
Effective rehabilitation measures for employees who suffer work-related injuries and illness.
Committed to complying with relevant OHS legislation and with other requirements placed upon the organization or to which the organisation subscribes;
Committed to establishing measurable objectives and targets to ensure continued
improvement of the OH&S system aimed at elimination of work-related injury and illness;
A safe environment for all customers and visitors
