Quality & Environmental Policy
JVC Energy Supply, design, engineer, install, maintain and manage solar PV systems for Off Grid, residential, commercial, industrial, agriculture and remote communities.
JVC Energy has based its commitment to its vision and critical success factors by implementing a quality management system that meets the requirements of recognised national and international standards for quality, environmental and work health and safety management.
Additionally, the company recognises that it has a corporate responsibility in complying with government regulations that relate to work health and safety, with environmental responsibility incorporating any customer-communicated safety and a commitment to protect the environment and prevent pollution.
The Quality & Environmental Management System shall be in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality & 14001:2015 Environmental Management System standards.
To demonstrate the continuous improvement philosophy of our company, and the high standards of customer satisfaction we aim to achieve, the following key objectives are monitored and reviewed in line with this policy.

To ensure throughout the community JVC Energy is recognised and respected as an industry leader for the provision of quality products and services, JVC Energy works in partnership with their clients, in meeting their requirements and industry standards.
EMPLOYEES
To encourage and support its people to make their own decisions affecting the quality, and safety of their work on a day-to-day basis and that environmental consideration is part of these processes, employees are encouraged to participate in and contribute to all activities. This then ensures that the service and products are appropriate to customer requirements, are supported by continuous improvement, they are environmentally sound and that the safety of any person is not compromised. Elimination of workplace injury and illness is a key objective.
This policy is communicated at induction and assigns accountability for quality, safety and environmental responsibilities (including prevention of pollution) to all employees.
The outcomes of the Quality & Environmental Management System will provide the basis for JVC Energy to achieve a competitive advantage and thereby prosper through growth and improved profitability.
MANAGEMENT
Our commitment to quality, safety and environmental responsibility is driven by the directors and senior management, extending to all functions and all levels of the company. The management team are responsible to ensure methods of work are clearly defined, documented and applied by way of the Quality & Environmental Management System. The management team are accountable to ensure that the Quality & Environmental Management System is implemented and reviewed on a continuing basis to reflect the philosophy of the company and its customers’ needs.
This policy is reviewed at defined intervals, displayed within the company and will be made available to all interested parties on request.
