COMMERCIAL SOLAR

When you install a PV system, the Clean Energy Authority allocates Small-Scale Technology Certificates (STCs) based on the size and location of your system. These certificates, issued under the Emission Trading Scheme, can be traded for a market-determined price that fluctuates daily.

At JVC Energy, we provide the current market rate for STCs at the time of quoting. This rate is honored if you accept the quote within its validity period. The price quoted includes the rebate for your STCs, which we will purchase directly from you and deduct from the total system cost.

Please note that the number of STCs allocated is determined by the year of installation. If your installation occurs in the following year, a reduction in STCs may apply due to annual adjustments. This will affect the final rebate amount.
